Once your order ships, we’ll send the tracking number by email (for guest and members). Please check your spam folder for any emails from lens.asia if you are unable to locate our message. If you placed your order as a member, you can find it on the My Account > Orders page. You can use this number to track your package on the courier’s website.

    Orders below US$80 will have a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping by Air: 7-15 working days depending on location and chosen courier.
  • Transit Time: Express Shipping (EMS/DHL): 2-4 working days to most countries.
